B, D, F) multi-season (meeting the requirements of the applicable standard: (PN-EN 590+A1:2017-06) in the amount of up to 800,000 l (in words: eight hundred thousand liters), in the period from January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023 according to the common order dictionary No. 09134220-5 to Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Komunikacyjne sp. z o. o. in Inowrocław (ordering party). Monthly deliveries of diesel fuel to the Ordering Party's petrol station will amount to up to 67,000 l (in words: sixty-seven thousand liters). The average volume of a one-off delivery delivered to the Ordering Party's warehouse will be up to 20,000 l (in words: twenty thousand liters), and the minimum one-time delivery delivered to the Ordering Party's service station will be up to 16,000 l (in words, sixteen thousand liters).

2. Deliveries will be made depending on the needs to the station of Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Komunikacyjne sp. z o. o. in Inowrocław, located in Inowrocław at 33 Ks. P. Wawrzyniaka Street, from 7.00 to 14.00 within 24 hours of placing the order. The Ordering Party reserves the right to refuse to accept delivery from a partial order outside the hours specified in the preceding sentence. Deliveries will be made on working days, i.e. from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays within the meaning of Article 1(1) of the Act of 18 January 1951 on non-working days (i.e. of 2 November 2021, Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1920).
3. The Contractor shall provide a diesel quality certificate issued by the accredited laboratory at each delivery.
4. Autocysters equipped with analog flow meters must be sealed (autocysters equipped with electronic flow meters do not need to be sealed.) The sealing of the loading and unloading box in which the infusion and drain valves are placed will be sufficient to comply with the requirement.
5. Receipt (acceptance) of delivery according to the terms and conditions laid down in the contract shall be carried out by authorised representatives of the Contracting Authority and the Contractor, who shall draw up a delivery protocol according to the model of the contract. The Contracting Authority reserves the possibility of taking a sample of diesel fuel from each delivery before the diesel is poured into the Contracting Authority's tanks for the purpose of analysing the supplied fuel in an independent accredited laboratory with the authority to carry out such analyses. The fuel samples will be collected and stored in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 1 September 2009 on the sampling of liquid fuels and liquid biofuels (i.e., Journal of Laws 2014, item 1035) and the Polish standard PN-EN ISO 3170.
6. The basis for the issue of the VAT invoice will be the quantities of diesel in accordance with the delivery protocol, the fuel measurement will be carried out by means of a legalised VEEDER-ROOT type 846361-314 fitted to the Contracting Authority's tanks, marked with numbers 2 and 4. compensated at a reference temperature of 15º C. In the event of a compulsory introduction of a universal obligation to compensate volumes up to 15ºC, the Contracting Authority shall carry out this obligation by law, whereby the Contractor and the Contractor shall make appropriate amendments to the contract.
7. The Contracting Authority does not provide for the submission of partial and variant tenders.
