1) Details of the construction project
- General description:
The Palais Schaumburg in Bonn was the official residence of the German Chancellor from 1949 to 1976 and, after relocation of the seat of government, the second office of the Federal Chancellery. Since 2006, part of the building has been used as a museum by the House of the History of the Federal Republic of Germany. The building has been a listed building since 1986.
In addition to the landmark renovation of the entire building, the offices on the second floor (mezzanine) will be rebuilt and modernized.

There is a gradual allocation of benefits. However, there is no legal claim to the transfer of all benefits.
