Acquisition of implementation, corrective, adequate, regulatory and evolutionary maintenance services of the ZENTE and ZENTE-WEB application within the E-HEALTH-2020 project - Interventions for the development of systems and for the provision of e-health services in Sardinia

The contract shall comprise the following services:

ZenteWeb Design and Development

Zente design and development

Zenteweb component reengineering

Adequate, corrective and regulatory maintenance

Evolutionary maintenance

Professional services related to the provision

Education and training

Transfer of know-how and handover

Specialist assistance and support services

ancillary services

Migration of historical data from AnagS to Zente

Support services for the installation, configuration and commissioning of the ESB/API

ESB/API Infrastructure Management Services

Supply management
