This assignment concerns the conclusion of an agreement with a recognized social secretariat that will be responsible for the payroll administration on the basis of payroll software. In other words, the KMSKA wishes to call on a social secretariat that provides various services such as - without being exhaustive - wage calculations, calculations of holiday pay, calculations of end-of-year bonus, dimona declarations, the processing of declarations in the field of social security and taxation, social security and withholding tax and the provision of tax and social legal support. The social secretariat is also responsible for the implementation of the joint committee, the labour regulations, collective labour agreements and any other internal agreements.
