Provision of property management services at the Royal Hospital Chelsea (RHC) for the period 1.4.2018 to 31.3.2023, with options to extend to 31.3.2025. The RHC requires a fully comprehensive service against an asset schedule on a grade 1 listed site, including but not limited to, services such as M&E, Fabric, Injected Works, Budget Management, Helpdesk, Call Outs, ensuring full compliance with relevant legislation at all times.
