The purpose of this Framework Agreement is the provision of restaurant vouchers in magnetic card format and various related services, namely:
- Provision of restaurant vouchers in card format for the staff of the City of BETTON and the communal centre for social action (Ccas) of Betton
- Implementation of a system for processing and controlling orders
- implementation of a centralized delivery system for the City and the CCAS of Betton
- Implementation of a system of different billings per community, and per establishment within the same community.
- establishment of a support system for beneficiaries
- provision of secure tools allowing everyone to access all the information on their rights, consumption, balance
