IOV Omnibusverkehr GmbH Ilmenau (hereinafter referred to as "Client") is to be provided by the competent authority for the district of Ilm-Kreis for the period from 1.7.2019 to 30.6.2029 with the provision of public transport services as internal operator pursuant to Art. 5 para. 2 VO 1370 / Be entrusted in 2007. In the context of this invitation to tender, the client assigns services to lines within the meaning of the Passenger Transport Act of their future transport network in the district of Ilm-Kreis. Partial performances in the form of rounds are divided into 4 lots. The traffic to be awarded comprises a total of (Lots 1 to 4) per year approximately 1078,630.99 contracted kilometers. For each lot, a transport contract is concluded with a term of 10 years. Tenders may be submitted per bidder for a maximum of 3 of the 4 lots. The bidder must submit a separate bid for each lot. For each bidder, the surcharge is limited to a maximum of 3 lots.
The client awards in lot 1 services on lines of their future transport network in an amount of 255 867.85 contracted kilometers per year for the following round trips:
- 30 school and holidays,
- 31 school,
- 32 school and holidays,
- 31 holidays,
- 33 Sundays, Sundays and holidays
