The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of 4 self-propelled flail mowers, including:
2 pcs. Self-propelled, single-axle, manually controlled mowers from the rear
2 pcs. Self-propelled, tracked mowers, remotely controlled by a manipulator.
A detailed list and description of the scope of deliveries, as well as the terms and conditions of implementation and obligations of the Contractor are set out in the Appendices to the Terms of Reference, in particular in: Appendix No. 1 to the Terms of Reference – Description of the subject matter of the contract, Appendix No. 2 – Price calculation and Appendix No. 11 to the Terms of Reference – Draft Agreement.

Delivery - Equipment (all copies) should be delivered and unloaded at the Contractor's own expense and risk to the headquarters of the Water Supervision in Grybów, 21 Armii Krajowej Street, 33-330 Grybów. The equipment supplied should be fully operational and should conform to the quality and technical standards resulting from the function and intended use, in accordance with the specification of the terms and conditions of the contract, and should be free from legal and physical defects. The supplied equipment must be equipped with warranty documents, CE certificate, factory user manual in Polish, service book/card in Polish.
Warranty - The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to provide a full warranty and service at the garage site for the declared warranty period counted from the date of final acceptance of delivery. The Contracting Authority stipulates that the subject matter of the Contract covered by the guarantee and warranty for defects may be located outside the Contracting Authority's premises, therefore the Contractor will be obliged to remove defects in the subject matter of the Contract in the places indicated by the Contracting Authority in the event of a defect being reported.
Warranty service - During the warranty period, the Contractor is obliged to perform periodic and warranty inspections of the equipment free of charge within the time limits indicated in the user manual, operating book or manufacturer's warranty conditions, taking into account travel, labor and necessary consumables (e.g. oils, greases, filters, spark plugs, etc.).
After-sales service - Provide details of the service center or company that handles the service of the supplied equipment
Training - The contractor is obliged to provide free training in the operation and maintenance of mowers for service personnel at delivery sites.
