On behalf of the Thüga Group, ESWE Versorgungs AG issues the bundled requirements of the entitled companies of Thüga AG (see Annex 3) on the basis of the Sector Ordinance (SektVO). Together with its partners, the Thüga Group forms the largest municipal association in Germany. One of the principles of cooperation is to maintain the autonomy and independence of the partners. At the same time, bundling requirements and bringing them into the group ensures competitiveness and future viability. In the area of procurement, the partners work closely together on the level of the Thüga Group in order to meaningfully use synergy effects. The framework agreements to be concluded will be concluded with Thüga AG. The participating companies eligible under the framework agreements on their own terms and on their own account and on their own account order their requirements on their own responsibility.

Telecommunications contracts or hardware in connection with telecommunications contracts are excluded!
