The subject of the contract is the provision of the cleaning service of the facilities of the State Water Farm of Poland, the Regional Water Management Board in Kraków for the period 2021—2023.
The item of the order was divided into the following parts:
— Part I: comprehensive internal and external cleaning of the premises of the PGW Office of the WP RZGW in Krakow located at 22 Marszałka J. Piłsudskiego Street,
— Part II: comprehensive internal and external cleaning of the facilities of the PGW WP RZGW transport base in Krakow located at 2 Zamkowa Street.
Complex internal and external cleaning of the PGW Office of the WP RZGW in Krakow located at 22 Marszałka J. Piłsudskiego StreetThe detailed scope and type of work provided for the performance of the object of the contract for Part No 1, the conditions for its implementation and the obligations of the Contractor shall include:
— description of the object of the order for part of the order 1 — Annex 4a to the SWZ,
— template of contract for part 1 — Annex No 1a to SWZ.
Comprehensive internal and external cleaning of the premises of the PGW WP RZGW transport base in Krakow located at 2 Zamkowa StreetThe detailed scope and type of work provided for the performance of the object of the contract for Part No 1, the conditions for its implementation and the obligations of the Contractor shall include:
— description of the object of the order for part of the order 1 — Annex No 4b to the SWZ,
— model contract for part of contract No 1 — Annex No 1b to SWZ.
