the consultation concerns the subscription of a service contract relating to the surveillance, guarding and security of the premises of the Headquarters of the Caisse d'allocations Familiales de Meurthe-Et-Moselle located 21 rue de Saint-Lambert - 54046 NANCY Cedex.The services to be performed will include:- the reception and orientation of visitors and external service providers (excluding beneficiaries) at the headquarters of the organization- the security and protection of staff - assistance to persons external - the supervision of the technical installations and fittings of all the premises of the Head Office located at 21 rue de Saint Lambert in Nancy and the building of the Company Restaurant located at 1 rue François de Neufchâteau in Nancy, as well as all the car parks of the establishment- following the directives of the CNAF as to the appropriate emergency measures to be taken within the framework of the VIGIPIRATE plan, the surveillance of the premises of the reception to the public- reception of mail and / or deliveriesit may also be asked to the service provider to carry out punctual services such as (referred to in article 2.3 of the C.C.T.P.):- one-off service relating to snow removal in the event of snow or ice, clearance of access to buildings and car parks and salting;- punctual service relating to the opening and closing of the premises of the Headquarters on other days than the usual days opening to the public (as part of overtime campaigns in production for example, ...); - one-off service relating to the opening of office windows (during the triggering of the internal heat wave plan for example, ...); - punctual service relating to the surveillance of premises during work in staggered hours outside the contractual hours of intervention (from 20:45 to 6:30)
