The municipality of Chaponnay is carrying out a consultation for the renewal of the flowering and maintenance market for municipal green spaces. The municipality of Chaponnay has decided not to allot the contract for the following reason: the services making up this contract must be performed concomitantly. Part of the flowering, the maintenance of flower beds and pruning are to be carried out on the lawns to be maintained, hence the need to use a single provider.

The services are the subject of a single-attribute framework agreement, executed by issuing purchase orders, in application of articles R. 2163-13 and R. 2162-14 of the public procurement code. The framework agreement is concluded for a period of one year from the date of notification. The minimum and maximum amounts for the initial contract period, ie one year, are as follows: minimum: from 130,000 EUR HT - maximum: 155,000 EUR (HT). The value indicated in Ii.2.6 is the estimate of the maximum total value for the total duration of the framework agreement (including possible renewals).
