supply of vrd consumables

this contract is awarded for the supply of all road consumables necessary for the work on and under roads carried out by the services of the municipality of Biscarrosse. The service includes the supply of consumables as well as the delivery of free-of-carriage supplies. This contract is single-awarded. It takes the form of a framework agreement executed as purchase orders are issued. The Framework Agreement is concluded for an initial period of implementation of one (1) year from 01/01/2023. It is renewable by tacit renewal and by period of twelve months. The total duration of the framework agreement (initial period and renewals) may not exceed four (4) years. The Framework Agreement is concluded at unit prices which are revisable according to the conditions listed in this C.C.P. The Framework Agreement is concluded within the limits of: 20,000 euro(s) (excl. VAT). /Year minimum and 100,000 euro(s) (excl. VAT). /Maximum year
