1) The subject of the contract in these proceedings is the supply of office chairs referred to in Annex 1 to the SWZ, hereinafter referred to as "Armchairs". The offered Seats must be brand new and unused, come from current production (year of manufacture – not earlier than 2022), have appropriate documents allowing the Seats to be sold and used in the Republic of Poland. The Contractor is obliged to provide free warranty service of the Armchairs.

2) The scope of the order includes the delivery of two types of Armchairs to the building of the District Court, located in Częstochowa at 90 St. Rocha Street, together with unloading, carrying to the place of destination, in the total number of 474 pieces. Assembly should be understood as unpacking and assembling them at their destination.
