1. Object and aim of the procedure:

Awarding of services for building planning in accordance with HOAI 2013 Part 3 Section 1, § 34 Service profile architectural services, service phases 1-9.

As part of the VgV procedure, an architecture firm is to be selected for the extension to the Elisabeth-Selbert-Gymnasium Bernhausen.

The expected gross construction costs (KGR 300 and 400) amount to approx. EUR 12.8 million.

The measure has a program area of approximately 1,640 m 2nd on.

2. Procedure:

The 15 participants selected for the second phase take part in a restricted planning competition according to RPW 2013. The competition language is German.

Under the conditions specified in Section 8 (2) RPW, the awarding authority will transfer one of the award winners to further processing with the services in accordance with HOAI, at least until service phase 4 and essential parts of service phase 5.

The awarding authority will negotiate the contract with all award winners in accordance with the VgV. The award criteria to be applied were published with the competition notice.

If no further commissioning of the complete execution planning is carried out, the awarding authority will ensure by appropriate further commissioning of the award winner that the quality of the competition design is realized. This is done, for example, through rule details, plan approval, performance description, offer evaluation and / or quality control.

3. Order:

The assignment is made depending on the project approval by the municipal council of the city of Filderstadt within the framework of call contracts. The contractor is obliged to perform the service up to and including service phase 9 HOAI if the project comes to fruition. The client intends to order the services in stages. There is no legal claim to the transfer of all performance levels.
