The scope of the tender covers the hiring of external employees in relation to the following functions:

— hiring from scale 10, including, but not limited to:

—— WOZ appraisers,

—— external employees for mutating BAG and Cadastre links/affiliations/object delineations,

—— external employees for the handling of WOZ and tax objections,

—— external staff remission of applications and appeals,

— freelancers,

— Other unforeseen external hiring from which excluded the generic hire*.

* In the event that the contractors for generic hiring cannot provide for a hiring request, the Contracting Authority may execute this hiring request at the bottom of this Agreement.

The purpose of the contracting authority is to select and contract one (1) tenderer to provide broker services in respect of external hiring for an initial period of two (2) years. Contracting entity has a one-sided optional extension option of two (2) times one (1) years.
