The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity for the purposes of lighting the public space of the City of Łódź and other entities for the purposes of the joint contract and the supply of electricity to the facilities of organizational units of the City of Łódź and other entities for the purposes of the joint contract.

The order was divided into 2 lots:

- Part 1 – supply of electricity for the needs of lighting public space of the City of Łódź and entities

- Part 2 – supply of electricity to the facilities of organizational units of the City of Łódź and entities.

The subject of the present proceedings is the supply of electricity for the purpose of lighting the public space of the City of Łódź and other entities for the purposes of a joint contract conducted pursuant to Article 38(1) of the Public Procurement Law. The supply of electricity includes the purchase and sale of electricity for energy consumption points indicated in Annex 1aa to the OPZ - list of PPE_cz. I_OŚWIETLENIE. The Contractor must have a concession for trading in electricity issued by the President of the Energy Regulatory Office valid during the period of delivery. The present proceedings include energy consumption points where a photovoltaic installation is installed. The Ordering Party informs that it is in the process of building new generating installations and at the same time is considering the construction of such installations in subsequent locations. The Contractor undertakes to repurchase the electricity generated in the Ordering Parties' installations at the weighted average monthly BASE price for the Day-Ahead Market published on the www.tge.pl in the "Monthly Report" by the Polish Power Exchange (TGE) for a given billing cycle according to the template of the relevant provisions of the agreement constituting an annex to the SWZ.

The Ordering Party allows a change in the expected amount of electricity to be supplied in the range of -10/+10 % in the following circumstances:

- reduction of energy consumption points;

- increasing energy consumption points;

- changes in electricity demand.

Duration of the order: from the date of effective conduct of the seller change procedure for individual PPEs, but not earlier than from January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023.
