The subject of the contract is to carry out continuously and continuously a service consisting in “year-round maintenance of municipal and provincial roads within the administrative boundaries of Dzierżoniów and the section of Dzierżoniów ring road from the junction with Zone Street to the roundabout on the voivodeship road no. 383”.

1. The subject of the contract is to carry out continuously and uninterrupted service consisting in “year-round maintenance of municipal and provincial roads within the administrative boundaries of Dzierżoniów and the section of Dzierżoniów ring road from the junction with Zone Street to the roundabout on the voivodeship road no. 383”.

2. The definitions of the concepts used are Annex 14 to the SWZ.

3. The scope of the contract subject referred to above shall include:

1) Mechanical and manual maintenance of roads and squares clean together with elements adjacent to them, i.e. walkways, parking lots, stop bays, roadsides, ditches, pedestrian tracts, cycle paths and green areas,

2) Daily emptying of trash cans, keeping them clean and moving them if necessary,

3) raking and exporting raked leaves and grasses within 48 hours (it is allowed to mulch grasses and leave finely shredded grass in such a way that it is rapidly decomposed and does not cause nuisance),

4) disposal of scrap and tree subversion within the time indicated in the offer,

5) ongoing removal of fractured and hanging boughs and branches from trees and shrubs,

6) ongoing removal of acts of vandalism (including removal of graffiti, broken glasses),

7) in emergency situations, the removal of impurities arising from random events on the roads within the time indicated in the offer,

8) cleaning and offsetting the inlets of street drains of rainwater drains consisting in the removal of leaves, branches and other debris,

9) removal of root growths, subchairing tree crowns to a height of about 3.0 m above the ground.

10. For summer maintenance, the following shall be carried out by the Contractor:

(a) maintenance of roadsides, roadside lanes of greenery, trenches by roads clean and in a weather-free state, cyclical mowing of grass during the growing season, together with the unveiling of curbs (lawn edges), whereby the quantity and timing of baskets should be adjusted to the requirement that the height lichen did not exceed 20cm (excluding the land where the contracting agent specified the quantity of baskets),

b) weeding of footpaths and pedestrian and cycling strings,

(c) washing of stop carriages and timetables twice during the year,

11. For winter maintenance, the following shall be performed by the Contractor:

(a) mechanical and manual maintenance in continuous passability of roads and squares together with elements adjacent to them, that is, sidewalks, stairs, driveways, parking lots, stop bays and pedestrian and bicycle tracts:

- snow removal on days of precipitation,

- the eradication of snow slipperiness, pigeons and glaciers using measures in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 27 October 2005 on the types and conditions of application of measures which may be used on public roads and streets and squares,

b) the ongoing removal of snow and ice icicles from stop carriages,

c) removal of used rough material in a frequency dependent on weather conditions and the needs of the Ordering Party,

12) maintaining constant winter readiness maintained by: continuous weather forecast tracking, constant round-the-clock readiness of staff and specialist equipment to conduct winter action, providing material for winter maintenance.

13. The subject of this contract shall be executed by the Contractor using the equipment and equipment specified in Annex 8 to the SWZ.

4. The land covered by the contract and the ranges and frequencies of work are included in Annex 15 to the SWZ.
