Operation, maintenance and repair of traffic lights along provincial roads in the area of operation of WZDW in Poznań.

The subject of the contract includes the operation, maintenance and repair of traffic lights in the area of 9 Provincial Road Districts.

Operation, maintenance and repair of traffic lights along provincial roads in the area of operation of the WFD in Czarnków

Detailed scope of works covered by the service: The service contractor takes over traffic safety devices: traffic lights, covered by the order as technically efficient without additional claims against the Ordering Party. From the date of commencement of the service, the Contractor conducts ongoing service, maintenance, periodic inspections, repairs of traffic lights along provincial roads in the area of operation of the WFD in Czarnków in accordance with the concluded contract. 3. Scope of the Contractor's duties: 3.1. Keeping a log of traffic lights in accordance with the Detailed technical conditions for road signs and signals and road safety devices and the conditions for their placement on the roads (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2019, item 2311, as amended).3.2. Conducting current inspections of traffic lights, recorded in the traffic light operation log in the amount consistent with the Contractor's declaration in the Offer Form (2 or 1 inspection per month). 3.3. As part of the service, you must perform:

a) inspection of controllers and installations, b) replacement of burnt or damaged light bulbs, damaged or worn signal lenses, ignitors, fuse fuses, canopies, glasses and gaskets (access, purchase and delivery of the above-mentioned parts are included in the scope of the service), damaged or worn pedestrian buttons; in the case of old generation pedestrian buttons, replace with new generation buttons, LED repair – replacement of the power supply and LED board. c) reporting failures requiring service repair or intervention of an energy emergency,

d) reporting the state of operation of signaling devices for renovation planning, e) maintaining constant cleanliness of lanterns, lenses, reflectors, driver siren chambers, pedestrian buttons, f) check the correct direction of the signal chambers and, if necessary, correct this setting, g) cleaning and maintenance of control cabinets and controllers, h) washing masts and cleaning external lanterns twice a year or in the case of notification by of the Ordering Party, i) assessment of the technical condition of the supporting devices and structures by visual verification,

(j) adjustment of the controller clock with the introduction of changes in winter and summer time; k) removal of failures reported by the Ordering Party with the purchase of spare parts other than those mentioned in point b) above, used for repairs at the prices applicable to the Contractor, after prior agreement with the Ordering Party. The applicable form of making a repair notification is an e-mail notification to the address provided by the Contractor. The Ordering Party also allows a telephone notification to the telephone number indicated by the Contractor, confirmed by e-mail, indicated above. Remark! The valuation of traffic light maintenance should take into account the costs of monitoring the operation of traffic lights at the intersection of DW No. 470 with Chopina Street in Turek (item 9 of the table), including subscription fees related to the SIM card and server operation. The contractor for monitoring should have the Cross Vis program of the manufacturer of the MSR Traffic.3 controller. Keeping a log of traffic lights in accordance with the Detailed technical conditions for road signs and signals and road safety devices and the conditions for their placement on the roads (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2019, item 2311, as amended). 1.2. The Contractor is obliged to secure the signaling or its elements (subassemblies) and the adjacent area in accordance with the time declared by the Contractor in the criterion "REACTION TIME" in the Offer Form – details in point 5;

2.3. Keeping a log of traffic lights in accordance with the Detailed technical conditions for road signs and signals and road safety devices and the conditions for their placement on the roads (Annex to the Journal of Laws of 2003 No. 220, item 2181, as amended). All operations carried out on the site, including maintenance operations, shall be recorded in a log.3. The tenderer should have: know and apply the rules for carrying out works under traffic, have appropriate markings when performing works on the road.4. Repair of damaged signals: Damage caused by road collisions, weather conditions, replacement of worn or damaged elements (components) except those listed in points 2.1 c) and 2.2. a) do not fall within the scope of the service.

Operation, maintenance and repair of traffic lights along provincial roads in the area of operation of the WFD in Złotów

Scope of duties of the Contractor:1.1. Keeping an activity log in which repairs and maintenance shall be recorded.1.2. Conducting current inspections of traffic lights, recorded in the detour log in the amount consistent with the Contractor's declaration in the Offer Form (2 or 1 inspection per month).1.3. As part of the service, it is necessary to perform:a) inspection of controllers and installations, b) replacement of burnt or damaged light bulbs, damaged or worn signaling lenses, ignitors, fuses, visors, glasses and gaskets (access, purchase and delivery of the above-mentioned parts are included in the scope of the service),c) reporting failures requiring service repair or intervention of the energy emergency, d) reporting the state of exploitation of signaling devices for renovation planning, e) keeping the lanterns, lenses, reflectors, driver siren chambers, pedestrian buttons in constant cleanliness, f) check the correct direction of the signal chambers and, if necessary, correct this setting,g) cleaning and maintenance of control cabinets and controllers,h) washing masts and cleaning external lanterns twice a year or in the case of notification

by the Ordering Party, i) assessment of the technical condition of the supporting devices and structures by visual checking, j) adjustment of the controller clock along with the introduction of changes in winter and summer time;k) removal of failures reported by the Ordering Party with the purchase of spare parts other than those listed in point b) above, used for repairs at the prices applicable to the Contractor, after prior agreement with the Ordering Party. The applicable form of making a repair notification is an e-mail notification to the address provided by the Contractor. The Ordering Party also allows a telephone application to the telephone number indicated by the Contractor, confirmed by e-mail, indicated above. Materials used for repairs should have a safety certificate and a certificate of approval for use.l) preparation of protocols for testing the electrical installation in terms of the efficiency status of connections, accessories, protections and means of protection against shocks, resistance to insulation of wires and grounding of installations and apparatus installed on a given road in accordance with the provisions of Article 62 paragraph 1 point 2 of the Act of 7 July 1994 - Construction Law, ł) at the request of the Ordering Party, the Contractor: will introduce corrections of temporary phases and signaling cycles, will paint masts and lanterns, control and power cabinets, introduce periodic switching off and on of traffic lights, 4. The tenderer should have: know and apply the regulations for performing works under traffic; have appropriate markings when carrying out works on the road; 5. Repair of damaged signaling: Damage caused by road collisions, weather conditions, replacement of worn or damaged elements (components) does not fall within the scope of the calculated lump sum service. 6. Performance of the service: Response time – the time from the moment of acceptance of the notification by the Contractor to the time of the actual start of removing the failure within (2, 3, or 4 hours from the moment of accepting the notification) in accordance with the Contractor's declaration specified in the offer, information about the removal of the failure should be provided by phone immediately after the service is performed and confirmed by e-mail to the following address: rdwzlotow@wzdw.pl within 24 hours of the repair.

The cost of travel to the place of repair or maintenance of signaling should be included in the offer price.7. Control of services performed: The inspection is performed on an ad hoc basis during a road detour or at the request of the Head of the WFD in Złotów. 8. Acceptance of services performed: Acceptance is made at the end of each month, taking into account the Contractor's obligations described in point 3 and on the basis of monthly reports on repairs and inspections of traffic lights.
