A detailed list of customers together with the specification of their location, connection capacity and a specific tariff for energy together with a list of the number of meters is specified in the Annex to the SWZ

1.1 The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity for the needs of the purchasing group, established on the basis of powers of attorney granted to the Municipality of Lubin. PPE quantity – 9 436 pcs., Estimated volume of electricity consumption: 127 580 535 kWh. The purchasing group being the Ordering Party operates primarily on the basis of the provision of Article 38 of the Act of 11 September 2019. PPL, i.e. it is an association of equal and equivalent entities that have the status of the contracting authority in accordance with the above-mentioned Act. The Municipality of Lubin is the Contracting Authority appointed on the basis of the agreement to prepare and conduct the procedure on behalf of and on behalf of all Contracting Authorities (referred to in Article 38(2) of the PPL).
