1. The subject of the contract is the provision of launching and emptying of toilet tanks in Wrocław Główny and Międzylesie.

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 6 to the ToR, constituting a model contract contract, including:

1) a detailed description of the services that are the subject of the contract - in Annex 2 to the contract;

2) time allocated for the performance of services - in Annex 3 to the contract;

3) list of devices necessary to perform the services - in Annex 4 to the contract;

4) characteristics of cleaning points (i.e. separate groups of tracks located at specific stations where the subject of the contract will be implemented) - in Annex 5 to the contract.

3. The Employer will enable interested Contractors to carry out a site visit to the cleaning points specified in Annex 6 to the ToR. A site visit can be carried out after prior agreement with the contact person.
