Estimated volume and ceiling volume

The estimated volume of the framework agreement during the contract period, including any extensions, amounts to 600 rental days. No guaranteed volumes are left.

The maximum volume of the procurement (ceiling volume) amounts to 1,000 rental days.

If the turnover of UM reaches the ceiling volume, or this ratio is expected to occur in the near future, UM has the right to terminate the framework agreement until immediate termination. Such termination shall not affect the validity of contracts concluded under the Framework Agreement. The tenderer is not entitled to compensation, damages or the like in connection with such termination.
