Vann- og avløpsetaten (VAV) needs to establish 3 parallel framework agreements which shall cover the VAV's requirements for geological consultancy and engineering design for VAV's projects and departments. The objective of the contract is to ensure VAV the necessary professional HR in connection with the implementation of inspections and construction projects. Implementation of tunnel projects will i.e. require major support. The estimated financial frame of the parallel agreements is up to 90 000 000.00 NOK over a 6 year contract period. The scope of assignments will vary from year to year. The stated value is an estimate without obligations for the contracting authority. VAV reserves the right to conduct a separate tender contest in connection with larger volume and complicated plants, and when the agency finds it suitable. VAV reserves the right to engage potential remaining capacity to current framework agreements. VAV has separate framework agreements which include environmental engineering surveys, as well as geotechnical engineering design and surveys.
