4.1. The subject of the contract is successive development of combustible and recycled fractions produced in a mechanical and biological plant in Wólka Rokicka Waste Management Plant.
“Successful waste management code: 19 05 99”4.2.1. part 1 of the order — “Successful waste management code: 19 05 99”
1) 19 05 99 — waste subjected to an aerobic stabilization process with organic carbon content up to 20% dry matter, AT4 values below 10 mg O2/g s.m., stabilisate roasting loss less than 35%. Solid waste, unstable, in which biological processes do not take place.
2) Solid waste may contain mineral impurities: glass, stones, ceramics, plastics, textiles, bag elements remaining after screening.
3) Waste meets the conditions of storage and development set out in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 16 July 2015 on the admission of waste for storage in landfills (Journal of Laws 2015 item 1277), the contracting party has a waste safety data sheet and results of tests admitters.
4) Waste is created at the municipal installation i.e. Wólce Rokicka Waste Management Plant, Wólka Rokicka 100, 21-100 Lubartów.
5) Waste transferred will be in bulk. The required delivery times of the above-mentioned waste may take place from Monday to Friday during hours consistent with the opening hours of the contractor's landfill.
6) As part of the service, the Contracting Authority will be obliged to comply with the Contractor's regulations in the field of health and safety regulations and the order of collection and loading of waste.
“Successful development of combustible fractions arising or harvested on the territory of the ZZO”44.2.2. part 2 of the order — “Successful development of combustible fractions arising or collected on the territory of the ZZO”
1) Part includes waste management with codes:
19 12 12 — fraction over sieve after mechanical, optical and air separation, derived from processing fractions 20 03 01, 20 01 99, 20 01 39 and 20 01 01,
19 12 10 — pre-chipped fraction over sieve with the addition of large shredded waste,
19 12 04 — plastics remaining after the sorting process
02 01 04 — waste plastics from agriculture,
2) All categories of waste indicated above consist of plastic, rubber, plastic elements, paper, textiles, glued boards, wood. The fraction has a variable humidity of 15 to 25%, the energy value varies in the range of 12-20 Mj/Kg.
3) The Contracting Authority will dispose of waste under the codes indicated above according to its needs.
4) Waste may contain metal elements remaining after dismantling bulky waste.
5) Waste delivered will be in bulk e bulk. Waste is formed on a municipal installation. Wólce Rokicka Waste Management Plant, Wólka Rokicka 100, 21-100 Lubartów. Waste transferred will be in bulk.
6) Deliveries of the above-mentioned waste will take place from Monday to Saturday from 10:00 to 22:00. The contracting agent requires prior aviation of waste. As part of the service, the Contractor will be obliged to comply with the regulations of the ZZO in the field of health and safety regulations and the order of collection and loading of waste. The Contracting Authority requires the delivery of a minimum of 5 moving waste floors per day during the period of service. Periodically, the amount of transports received per day can reach up to 10 pieces.
7) Loadings of the above-mentioned waste can take place from Monday to Saturday from 6:00 to 22:00. The contracting agent requires prior aviation of waste. As part of the service, the Contractor will be obliged to comply with the regulations of the ZZO in the field of health and safety regulations and the order of collection and loading of waste.
8) The Contracting Authority requires that the installation of a nice possibility of receiving waste after 22:00 is conditioned by the conditions of loading residual waste. Most daytime avizations take place after 16:00.
“Successful development of srf fractions arising on ZZO terna”4.2.3. part 3 of the order — “Successful development of srf fractions arising on ZZO terna”
1) Reception and development riversed derived fuel with very high quality produced on the Waste Management Plant installation. Waste will be issued under code 19 12 10.
2) All categories of waste indicated above consist of plastic, rubber, plastic elements, paper, textiles, glued boards, wood. The fraction has variable humidity up to 20%, the energy value varies in the range of 20-24 Mj/Kg. The Contracting Authority will dispose of waste under the codes indicated above according to its needs.
3) Waste stored in bulk. Waste is formed on a municipal installation. Wólce Rokicka Waste Management Plant, Wólka Rokicka 100, 21-100 Lubartów. Waste transferred will be in bulk.
4) Loadings of the above-mentioned waste can take place from Monday to Saturday from 6:00 to 22:00. The contracting agent requires prior aviation of waste. As part of the service, the Contractor will be obliged to comply with the regulations of the ZZO in the field of health and safety regulations and the order of collection and loading of waste. The Ordering Party requires a minimum of 8 waste collection per day during the period of service.
5) Loadings of the above-mentioned waste can take place from Monday to Saturday from 6:00 to 22:00. The contracting agent requires prior aviation of waste. As part of the service, the Contractor will be obliged to comply with the regulations of the ZZO in the field of health and safety regulations and the order of collection and loading of waste.
