Monetra Oy Hankintapalvelut requests your offer for alcohol and brewery products on behalf of Oulun kaupunginteatteri Oy (hereinafter also referred to as the "Client") in accordance with this invitation to tender and its appendices. The contract period is planned to start on 15.9.2023. The starting schedule is an estimate, and the procurement contract is only concluded when a written contract is signed. The contract has the right to be extended for option years in accordance with this invitation to tender.

Oulu City Theatre will start producing the theatre's restaurant services as its own production from 1.10. onwards and is still in the process of creating its own image for restaurant operations. The aim is to achieve a higher occupancy rate for the restaurant, profile itself and develop restaurant operations to be consistent with theatre culture. The selected supplier will play a major role, especially in the early stages, in cooperation with the client in forming a suitable selection for the theatre, and the selected supplier will be required to cooperate actively in seeking products for the client that can further emphasize the artistic aspect also in restaurant operations.

In addition to products, procurement covers product support services, such as product delivery, deposit product removal, marketing cooperation, sales aids, staff training events and materials, etc.
