The education department of the municipality of Utsjoki is asking for tenders for school transport for the contract period 1.8.2023 – 31.7.2024. The acquisition also includes one (1) one (1) year option period for the period 1.8.2024 – 31.7.2025. The bidders undertake to provide transport services also for the duration of any option period when submitting a tender. The contracting entity decides on the exercise of the option period no later than three (3) months before the end of the actual contract period. Options are a right of the contracting entity, not an obligation. The contract shall be drawn up in accordance with the model contract set out in Annex 3.

The contracting entity compares the tenders received with transport by public transport and reserves the right to carry out school transport by public transport if this is more economically advantageous.

The offer price will be adjusted throughout the contract period.
