The subject of the order is the delivery of paper vouchers for food and industrial goods in paper form for employees of the Teatr Wielki - Polish National Opera in the following quantity:

- for 56 employees with a value of PLN 1,300.00 for PLN 72,800.00,

- for 462 employees with a value of: PLN 1,100.00 for PLN 508,200.00,

- for 304 employees with a value of: PLN 900.00 for PLN 273 600.00,

- for 195 employees with a value of: PLN 700.00 for PLN 136,500.00.

The total value of vouchers is: PLN 991 100.00.

- for 56 employees with a value of PLN 1,300.00 for PLN 72,800.00,

- for 462 employees with a value of: PLN 1,100.00 for PLN 508,200.00,

- for 304 employees with a value of: PLN 900.00 for PLN 273 600.00,

- for 195 employees with a value of: PLN 700.00 for PLN 136,500.00.

The total value of vouchers is: PLN 991 100.00.

2. Vouchers should be in denominations of 50 PLN, total number of vouchers: 19,822 pieces.

3. Voucher validity period - minimum 36 months from the date of voucher delivery.

4. Vouchers can be redeemed throughout the country in the maximum number of commercial and service outlets.

5. The Purchaser does not allow the possibility of offering vouchers in the form of an electronic card.
