Tendering by means of the European public procedure in accordance with the (amended) Procurement Act 2012.

Order

Obtaining insurance for the fleet (lot 1) and for insurance of the work equipment (lot 2) from the Municipality of Breda, both with coverage that is customary in the market and that meets all legal requirements.

For each lot, the evaluation of the tenders and award to the tenderer will take place in accordance with the EMVI award criterion 'Lowest Price'.

The purpose of this tender is to conclude an agreement per lot for a period of 1 year with an effective date of 1 January 2024. The client has the right to extend this agreement 5 times by 1 year by mutual consent of the parties.

An agreement is concluded per plot with a total term of 6 years (including option years). The reason is that the contracting authority pursues a long-term relationship with the contractor.

management information;

other support, for example with regard to damage prevention and risk management.
