Civil liability insurance policy that covers students participating in training practicesSubscription of a civil liability insurance that covers and complements the civil liability insurance signed by the Junta de Andalucía for claims over EUR 1 000 and which directly, jointly or subsidiarily may correspond to the Ministry of Education and Sport for any physical, material and/or injury economic damage suffered by third parties in their property and/or rights, except in cases of force majeure, caused by action or omission to third parties, in the development of the training phase in workplaces or phase of practical training in enterprises, studies and workshops, by students.
