PUBLIC SUPPLY CONTRACT

for the purpose of

"Supply, delivery, installation, configuration and commissioning of (i) a cell sorting flow cytometer and (ii) an analyzer flow cytometer, as well as associated maintenance services, for the benefit of UNamur"

The present procedure consists in the conclusion of a multiannual public contract for the purpose of:

 supply, delivery, installation, configuration and commissioning:

o a complete cell sorting flow cytometer (EQUIPMENT 1), including:

(i) all the parts and components of the assembly,

(ii) data control and processing software,

(iii) the connectors and accessories necessary for the use of the equipment,

(iv) la documentation,

(v) user training,

(vi) the 2-year warranty,

o a complete flow cytometer analyzer (EQUIPMENT 2), including:

(i) all the parts and components of the assembly,

(ii) data control and processing software,

(iii) the connectors and accessories necessary for the use of the equipment,

(iv) la documentation,

(v) user training,

(vi) the 2-year warranty,

as well as

 the associated maintenance services on these 2 pieces of equipment, for 3 years from the end of the warranty period – and therefore from the final acceptance of the said equipment,

for the benefit of the Faculty of Sciences of UNamur (Department of Biology – URBM – NARILIS – MorphIM Technology Platform).
