This project management consultation concerns the construction of an intergenerational residence of about 20 senior social rental housing, 31 family social rental housing units and a crèche, the development of which will be carried out by the CCAS of the City of Menton.The land belonging to Côte d'Azur Habitat has been demolished of three buildings, to date it has terraced walls and the "weight" type foundations have not been purged.
