this contract concerns the operation (maintenance and monitoring) of the SYTRAIVAL Household Garbage Transfer Wharf (Omr), herein designated as the Employer, located in the municipality of Fleurieux-Sur-L'Arbresle (69), and the daily transfer of the RMOs to, mainly, the energy recovery unit of Villefranche-Sur-Saone.

Household waste from the Community of Municipalities of the Country of the Tree and a part of household waste from the Agglomeration Community of Western Rhodanien (Tarare region) for an estimated quantity of 11 600 tonnes per year

this contract concerns the operation (maintenance and monitoring) of the SYTRAIVAL Household Garbage Transfer Wharf (Omr), herein designated as the Employer, located in the municipality of Fleurieux-Sur-L'Arbresle (69), and the daily transfer of the RMOs to, mainly, the energy recovery unit of Villefranche-Sur-Saone.

This includes household waste from the Community of Municipalities of the Land of the Tree and part of household waste from the Agglomeration Community of Western Rhodanien (Tarare region).

Transfer: The Operator shall carry out the transfer of household garbage from the place of transfer to the place of treatment. The transfer for each treatment site will be carried out using three (3) seedlings with a volume of 70 m³ each and made available to the operator by SYTRAIVAL (annexes).

Transfer Station Management: The Operator shall maintain the wharf clean by providing daily cleaning to avoid deposition of waste at the site.
