1.The subject of the contract is the successive purchase of fuels in a non-cash system using fuel cards for business cars and generators and small equipment, for the following entities jointly occurring:
1) Municipalities of the City of Gdańsk (its organizational units) and companies with the participation of the Municipality,
2) Communes of the Great Cedra,
3) Puck County, Puck Municipality and Pucki Hospital sp. z o.o.
4) The Municipality of Władysławowo (its organizational units),
5) The Municipality of Nowy Pond (its organizational units),
6) Wejherowo Municipality (its organizational units),
7) Malbork Castle Museum,
8) Municipalities of Miłoradz
and for motor boats, for the following Entities:
9) Municipal Guard in Gdansk and Gdańsk Sports Centre (fuel for motor boats).
2.Agreements shall be concluded by each of the Entities separately with the Contractor.
