The BBL is planning the conversion of the previous reception and processing center (EVZ) at Döbelistrasse 13 in Kreuzlingen (TG) with 290 SP and around 48 AP to a BAZ without process function (BAZoV) with 310 beds and 4 workstations. To do this, rooms have to be adapted to the new operating concept, offices have to be removed and twenty additional sleeping places have to be set up. At the same time, the number of office workplaces is being greatly reduced, so that the additional space required will be realized in the former administrative wing of the ECC.
Services General Planner (BKP 290): The representative provides all planner services of SIA phases 31, 32, 33, 41, 51, 52 and 53 in accordance with SIA 102 and 108 - Edition 2014, resp. Standard SIA 112/2014 - "Model Building Design".
The general planning service covers the following subject areas:
- BKP 291 architect with general planning function,
- BKP 293 Electrical Engineer,
- BKP 294/295 HVACS engineer,
- BKP 298 Building Automation Engineer (MSRL).
