The Bernhard Overberg School is one of currently eight primary schools in Gronau. Since the old building is massively contaminated with PAHs in addition to conceptual deficiencies, the city of Gronau is planning a new building on the site of the current school location in line with requirements. The extension is to be preserved and renovated.

The old building of the school will be demolished and then dismantled (This is done in advance by the city of Gronau or a third party appointed by there and is not part of the services requested here. A clear-measured construction site is handed over.).

The subject of this award is the commissioning of basic and special services of service phases 1 to 9 of the technical equipment service profile in accordance with § 55 HOAI in conjunction with Annex 1 for plant groups 1 to 8. The service phases are commissioned in stages.
