The subject of the contract is the provision of services consisting in listening to conversations as part of sales campaigns carried out by TAURON Sprzedaż sp. z o.o. and TAURON Sprzedaż GZE sp. z o.o.

The subject of the contract is the provision by the Contractor to the Contracting Authority of the following services:

a. listening to Sales Calls,

b. listening to Negative Conversations

c. listening to Informational/Survey Conversations,

d. listening to any conversations for the purposes of the complaint

e. the service of saving the customer's data from the conversation for the purposes of complaints,

f. call transcription services,
