The objective of this procurement is to cover the Waste-to-Energy Agency's requirements for inspections, services and purchase of spare parts to oil burners. The oil burners are used for heating up the incinerators in connection with heating/cooling, and when the quality of waste is too poor. It is Haraldrud, Klemetsrud and Romerike Biogas Plant that require a service agreement.

The contest will be carried out as a negotiated procedure, in 2 stages. This procedure type means that all interested tenderers are invited to submit a request for participation in the tender contest. The tender documents will then be distributed to the qualified tenderers who are invited to participate in the tender contest. Negotiations are permitted.
