This is a service contract within the meaning of Article 2, 21 ° of the Law of 17-6-2016 on public procurement. This contract relates to accident and sickness insurance services, CPV code No 6651 2000-2.

Brussels Civil Service wishes to conclude a single-awarding framework agreement (i.e. with a single successful tenderer) with the aim of providing hospital insurance for the following main and co-insured insured persons:

• Statutory or contractual staff, active or retired, of the institutions benefiting from this Framework Agreement;

• The spouses (or assimilated) as well as the dependent children of the aforementioned staff members;

Individual affiliation to hospital insurance is voluntary. It must in any event be preceded by membership of the potential beneficiary institutions (of the central purchasing body) of the central purchasing body.
