KTE, hereinafter referred to as the client (AG), has to award the service as project manager for the handling of renovation and maintenance measures.
These are services that are to be provided by the person independently and on his or her own responsibility. The independent, careful and state-of-the-art provision of services is guaranteed. The engineering services relate to new plants, reconstructions, extensions, conversions, modernizations, maintenance, repairs.
This includes the following services:
• Inventory, creation of technical concepts and solutions in the field of electrical engineering.
• Assessment and evaluation of buildings and technical building equipment
• Planning and compilation of all necessary bases for tenders, service descriptions, bills of quantities
• Interface planning and planning control of technical documents, cost calculation (costs, deadlines)
• Documentation of existing data in databases and preparation of reports
• Organization and conduct of regular meetings internally, as well as externally, e.g. with experts and authorities
