The purpose of the tender is to conclude an agreement for the provision of a managed service "Endpoint Detection and Response". Due to the nature of LVNL's core legal tasks, a 24x7 eyes on screen service is purchased, whereby monitoring and alerting always takes place, but the resolution of alerts or incidents that are not urgently defined may also be picked up within office hours.
With the assignment for Endpoint Detection and Response, LVNL wishes to work with standard services of the Registrant and the assignment has these core tasks: detecting possible threats on Endpoints, such as workplaces, servers and mobile phones; Reporting security incidents; Mitigating actions to minimize risks; Resolve or propose solutions to security incidents on the approx. 2700 Endpoints.
