Narvik Municipality needs a framework agreement for interactive boards for teaching purposes. The boards will be leased/procured as required. The main users are schools, but the municipality could also use them for other purposes.

The contracting authority wants to use this contest to enter into the most financially advantageous framework agreement for the delivery interactive boards. The contracting authority must be allowed to finance procurements through both operational leasing and direct procurements.
