The object of the contract is the management of the Adapted Transport Service to facilitate access to daytime social services of specialized care of the Portfolio of social services to people with disabilities who have mobility difficulties or need a companion over 18 years of age, in all the modalities defined in the technical and administrative specifications, in the municipalities that are part of the Basic Area of Social Services of Tarragonès, Salou and Vila-seca.
