The Framework shall be a multi-provider Frameworks for the provision of Design services.

— The principal requirements shall include:

—— review and development of design guidance information,

—— sesign support to Sport England (SE) Officers for SE funded projects /programmes for schemes typically 100 000 GBP to 30 000 000 GBP + in value,

—— sesign support into national sports centre developments,

—— continued design development of affordable concepts,

—— development of other benchmark and sustainable models,

—— research into acoustics, products and other facility types (for example modular),

—— development of multi-media for facility designs,

—— design input into operator procurement models,

—— support from other specialist services (eg architecture, building surveying, monitoring and evaluation, structural engineering, acoustic design, civil engineering, artificial sports surfaces, accessibility, inclusive and universal design consultants, landscaping, pool specialists, health and safety and risk assess.

Sport England as the contracting authority is inviting tenders for service providers to sit on a framework contract to support its work on the provision of Sport England Design Services (the Service).

Sport England is seeking through this restricted procedure procurement process to set up a supply framework with suitably capable contractors to provide the services for a term of 48 months.

The first stage of the restricted procedure will require the completion of a standard Selection Questionnaire (SSQ). Tenderers can access the SSQ procurement documentation via the Sport England e-tendering portal: https://sportengland.bravosolution.co.uk Tenderers are requested to register for an account should they not currently hold one and search for reference PQQ_51. Tenderers are requested to download the information and upload a completed SSQ should they wish to participate via the e-sourcing portal.
