The subject of this call for tenders is a service contract for all-encompassing agency services for brand strategy, brand management and communication activities, which are used for staging, sharpening and establishing the “hvv” brand in the network area (Hamburg and surrounding areas) on the basis of the existing target brand positioning for the “mobility turnaround” take effect. Communication channels and means used in the network are already available for this purpose.
In addition, it is important to strategically develop the hvv brand as part of defined brand management measures. The use of further communication channels and means is also to be continuously evaluated and developed for this purpose.
