The Norwegian Maritime DIrectorate needs to procure a quality management system that will support the directorate's processes at different levels, and improve the processes. The directorate is certified in accordance with ISO 9001:2015. Considerable work has been carried out in recent years on process mapping and on building and developing an organisation that has a mature process. The procured quality management system must contribute to strengthening/underlining the directorate's focus on processes and goal achievement in different levels in the organisation.
