Hammer Gemeinnützige Baugesellschaft mbH (HGB) plans and realizes the new construction of three apartment buildings with 53 residential units as publicly funded housing construction. The three new buildings are built in solid construction as non-basement two-storey buildings with a relay level and flat roof. There is a technical room on the ground floor and an elevator is built on the stairwell. The subject of the services to be carried out in this trade is the work on installing the shading systems (awnings) for the three buildings.

The work on the installation of the shading systems for the three residential buildings is the subject of the tendered works. According to the current schedule, the advertised work is expected to be carried out between the three houses at the following times:

House A: 11.01.2023 - 13.01.2023,

House B: 12.07.2023 - 14.07.2023 and

House C: 13.12.2023 - 15.12.2023,
