Building object planning according to § 55 HOAI, performance phase 2-8.

The Hospital of the Brothers of Mercy intends to rebuild and rebuild the A wing (variant 5.0, BA 1 of the target planning).

The hospital of the Barmherzigen Brüder Trier is an institution of the Barmherzigen Brüder Trier gGmbH (BBT group). With around 100 facilities, the BBT Group is one of the largest Christian providers of hospitals and social institutions with over 14,000 employees across Germany.

As part of the construction target planning of the hospital of the Barmherzigen Brüder Trier, the further structural development was defined and examined and coordinated in terms of planning and functional technology, in consultation with the responsible departments of the ministry.

The measure includes the restoration and reconstruction of the A wing (existing: 77 beds). The project comprises approximately a GFA of 8,638 m². In the A-wing (new building), the following functional areas are planned: extension of an emergency room (+10 short-term beds), functional diagnostics (sonography, ECG, etc.), as well as an elective reception and examination center, normal wards, neurological early rehabilitation station and the establishment of further staff changing rooms. The technical area is located in the basement and on level +6. The functional areas are to be planned as listed. The planning documents, area statements, etc. from the target planning are not updated.
