The subject of the contract is services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6 (1) point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (text one: Journal of Laws of 2021 item 1275 as late as “Forests Act”) covering works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and breaking timber and tourist development, to be carried out in the Milicz Forest District in 2022.

The scope of the subject matter of the contract shall include the total quantities of works in the field of forest farming and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and sparing and tourist development resulting from Annex 3 to SWZ.

Annex No 3.1. — work size by group of activities, activities and location;

Annex No 3.2. — timber collection sortyment system;

Annex No 3.3. — a statement of the distances and conditions of breaking wood;

Annex No 3.4. — a statement of items not made available for machine acquisition;

Annex 3.5. — information on the use of possible logging technologies;

Annex No 3.6. - information on surfaces where the protection of raids and subplants is planned

The material ranges set out in Annexes No 3.1. - 3.3. and 3.5. are estimated.

Qualitative standards relating to all relevant characteristics of the subject of the contract are determined by Decision No 19 of the Director-General of State Forests of 17 March 2021 on the introduction into application of the 'Description of the standard of technology for the implementation of forestry works' in the organisational units of Forests State; Decision No 101 of the Director-General of State Forests of 16 September 2021 amending Decision No 19 of the Director-General of State Forests of 17 March 2021 on the introduction of the “Description of the standard of technology for the implementation of forestry works” in units Organizational State Forests; Decision No 112 of the Director-General of State Forests of 4 October 2021 amending Decision No 19 of the Director-General of State Forests of 17 March 2021 on the introduction into application of the 'Description of the standard of technology for the implementation of forestry works 'in the organizational units of State Forests; Decision No 95/2021 of the Director of Regional Directorate of State Forests in Wrocław of 24 September 2021 on the introduction into application of the 'Regional description of the standard of technology for the implementation of forestry works' and Decision No 103/2021 of the Director Regional Directorate of State Forests in Wrocław of 14 October 2021 amending Decision No 95/2021 of the Director of Regional Directorate of State Forests in Wrocław of 24 September 2021 on the introduction into application of the 'Regional description of the standard of implementation technology forest works”. The detailed description of the standard of technology for the performance of particular forestry works (activities) included in the subject of the contract provided the basis for the determination of quality requirements relating to the elements consisting of the subject of the contract contained in Annex 4 to SWZ (Description of the standard of performance technology).

The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding the contracts referred to in Article 214 (1) (7) of the PZP within 3 years from the date of the award of the basic contract. The tangible range of these services shall not exceed 50% of the order value Estimated value of these orders - 316 101.79 PLN
