See II.2.4
The Brussels University Hospital (H.U.B.), a consortium of the Erasmus Hospital, the Jules Bordet Institute and the Queen Fabiola Children's University Hospital (HUDERF) wishes to acquire licenses for the antivirus software "SentinelOne(R) Singularity(TM)", in order to renew the existing subscription that will expire on July 15, 2023.
The choice to limit the market to the SentinelOne® brand was made given that the change of solution would require considerable work of several years for the uninstallation/reinstallation, the restart of the machines and the reconfiguration of exceptions, as well as the presence on the Belgian and European market of many distributors of this software.
Object of the contract
The contract consists of the provision of licenses for the SentinelOne® Singularity™ antivirus software, in order to renew the existing subscription that will expire on July 15, 2023.
In order to remain flexible in the face of changes in the solution and cybersecurity threats to our institution, the bidder will describe in addition to the current licence renewal prices:
• prices for other license levels,
• Optional add-ons
• and the hourly cost (under direct management) of solution specialists in case of need for assistance.
Quantities requested
The current quantity of licenses used is 6700 "Control" licenses.
Our VDI solution (on average 300 concurrent users) would be integrated into the solution, bringing the total to 7000 licenses.
The market will start on this number and level of licenses, but, depending on the evolution of internal projects, computer equipment, this quantity may decrease or increase.
The tenderer will specify the modalities for reducing or increasing the quantities, and whether the unit price of the licences evolves upwards or downwards depending on the quantities (degressivity of the unit price according to stages)
