This contract involves the conduct of a stakeholder survey on federal communication and the development of an action plan that includes concrete actions to improve, converge and make communication channels more accessible to citizens and businesses, and to increase collaboration between the departments.
This contract involves an analysis of stakeholders in federal utilities and existing communications, as well as proactive (administration as sender) and responsive (administration as recipient) communication channels.
The final product of the analysis is a written report that will describe in detail the findings of the investigation and will include an action plan described in point B. Technical requirements. This will be accompanied by the files containing all the results of the survey.
The contracting authority allocated the contract to be executed afterwards:
— item 1: the conduct of a stakeholder survey on the basis of quantitative and quantitative methods; and
— conditional tranche: the provision of an action plan to improve, converge and make more accessible federal communication channels to citizens and businesses and to increase collaboration between departments.
